2. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to seat availability and confirmation of successful payment. Prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase. A booking is treated as confirmed only after payment is successfully received and an acknowledgement is issued through the website, email, or WhatsApp communication.
We may use secure third-party payment gateways and banking partners to process online payments. By making a payment, you agree to comply with the applicable partner terms in addition to our own policies.

The Grey Matter Club reserves the right to deny entry or request a participant to leave an event without a refund in cases involving misconduct, harassment, abusive behavior, intoxication, or violation of venue rules.
5. Personal Belongings and Information
Please take care of your personal belongings during the event. The Grey Matter Club is not responsible for personal loss, damage, or misplacement of belongings at the venue.
If you choose to share your details with other attendees, speakers, or venue partners, you do so at your own discretion and responsibility.
6. Use of Content and Media
Any presentations, materials, recordings, or resources shared during our sessions are for personal learning only. Recording, copying, resale, or redistribution is not permitted without prior written consent.
By attending our sessions, you consent to reasonable event photography and videography for community updates, social media, and promotional use, unless you specifically request otherwise at the venue.
