Refund and Cancellation Policy

    This page explains how cancellations, transfers, and refunds are handled for bookings made on The Grey Matter Club website. By completing a booking, you agree to the policy below and to our Terms & Conditions.

    1. Full Refund

    If a cancellation request is made more than 7 days before the event date, the booking is eligible for a full refund. Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method.

    2. Partial Refund

    If a cancellation request is made between 3 and 7 days before the event date, 50% of the ticket value may be refunded, since seats and event arrangements are typically reserved by then.

    3. No Refund Window

    Cancellations requested within 72 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund because the seat and associated arrangements are already locked in.

    4. Event Cancellation or Postponement by Us

    If The Grey Matter Club cancels an event, affected customers will receive a full refund. If an event is rescheduled, customers may choose to attend the revised date or request a refund if they are unable to do so.

    5. Ticket Transfers

    If you cannot attend but would like another person to use your booking, you may request a ticket transfer at least 24 hours before the event, subject to operational feasibility and receipt of the new attendee details.

    6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

    To request a cancellation, refund, or ticket transfer, please email infokaffeine@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancellation and refund” and include your booking name, event name, phone number, and payment reference.

    7. Processing Timelines

    Once approved, refunds are initiated to the original payment method. The exact credit timeline can vary based on the bank, card issuer, UPI app, or payment partner involved.
